A Careful Match
The CY300 is for homes where someone uses a wheelchair. It also suits families who want room for three riders.
It gives you back your whole house. You don’t need a ramp, a stair lift, or a move to a one-story home.
Still weighing your choices? Our guide to home elevators for wheelchair users in Florida compares sizes and door widths. You can also see how a stair lift compares to a home elevator.
Dimensions & Specifications
The CY300 is the roomiest Level Up model. It needs more floor space, plus a 56-inch-wide, 93.5-inch-tall door or window path for delivery. If no one uses a wheelchair and space is tight, the compact Level Up CY200 is smaller.

DESIGNED FOR SPACE-CONSCIOUS HOMES
The 32-inch entrance is the widest in the Level Up line. It gives a wheelchair room to roll in.
The 44-inch cab holds up to three riders and 825 lb. A parent, a child, and a caregiver can all ride together.
A 1.8 kW worm-geared motor turns two winding drums. The cab rises smoothly, and the drive stays quiet for the whole house.
The standard speed is 32 feet per minute. An optional speed package raises it to 40 feet per minute, as long as your ceilings allow it.
The Coastline Process
Four clear steps take you from your first call to your first ride.

We visit at no cost. We measure your wheelchair, floors, ceilings, and power, and plan the machine room. Then you get a written quote.
We plan the landing space so your chair rolls in and out easily. We file your Florida permit and set your install date.
Our crew installs your CY300, often in 2–3 days. We test every stop and train you and your caregiver.

Transparent Pricing
The CY300 is the largest Level Up model. These items shape your final price.
A two-stop Level Up install in Florida starts at $75,000+. The speed package, automatic doors, and extra stops all add to the price. Many families also see the elevator as a lasting upgrade. Learn how a home elevator adds value to a Florida home.
We give you a written quote after we see your home. It lists every cost, so nothing surprises you later.
Safety, Comfort & Everyday Use
If the power fails mid-ride, the battery backup lets the cab complete its current trip. A manual lowering device is a second backup.
Mechanical interlocks keep each landing door shut until the cab reaches that floor.
A spring-set disc brake holds the cab firmly in place at every stop.
An alarm and a telephone inside the cab connect you to help.
LED lights and a fan turn on by themselves, so air keeps moving while you ride.

Level Up builds the CY300 for wheelchair access, with a 32-inch door and a 44-inch cab. Level Up also notes that not every wheelchair fits, so we measure your chair during the free home visit.
No. The CY300 is a home elevator, not a commercial one. It meets the ASME A17.1 code for home elevators. ADA rules cover public buildings, not private homes.

The standard CY300 travels at 32 feet per minute. The speed package raises it to 40. It needs a 108-inch top-floor ceiling and 96.5 inches from floor to floor.
Each upper floor needs a round, finished opening 56 inches wide. If you have three or four stops, the openings must line up from top to bottom.

Yes. Your local building department must approve the install. We handle the permit for you. Read how home elevator permits work in Florida.
Yes. For a balcony install, your builder adds a landing or walkway at the upper level, or cuts a half-moon opening into the balcony. Level Up does not supply the landing, so we plan it with you and your builder.
